Data from your Moto Watch 100 syncs to LifeQ Health via the Moto Watch App. This article explains how to set up this connection.
Step 1: Download the Moto Watch App
- If you do not already have the app installed, visit the iOS App Store or Google Playstore to download the Moto Watch App v2.

Step 2: Connect to LifeQ Health
- If you do not have an existing Moto Watch account:
- Open the Moto Watch App and select the option to login with LifeQ.
- Follow the prompts to either create a LifeQ account, or to sign in with your existing LifeQ credentials.
- Follow the prompts to connect your Moto Watch 100 to your account.
- You will be prompted to proceed with a firmware update. The first of these when signing up may take up to 20 minutes to complete.
- If you have an existing Moto Watch account:
- Select Log In and enter your email address and password
- Navigate to your profile under Me
- Tap on Connected Apps & Sharing
- Tap on LifeQ Health and follow the prompts to complete the connection.
- You might be prompted to proceed with a firmware update. The first of these when signing up may take up to 20 minutes to complete.
Done! You can now proceed with installing LifeQ Health.
