My data is not updating on LifeQ Health

LifeQ Health is currently only compatible with the Moto Watch 100. Data syncs via the Moto Watch App to LifeQ Health. 


You can see your last sync date in LifeQ Health on the home screen:


If your Last Sync time is not updating, please try one of these troubleshooting tips:


  • Close the Moto Watch App completely and reopen the app. 


  • Switch the Moto Watch 100 off and on. To do this:
    • Hold in the top right device button for ~ 5 seconds. 
    • Tap on the green restart button. 
    • Wait for the device to switch off. 
    • Hold in the top right device button for ~ 5 seconds until the screen comes on again. 


  • Tap on the watch icon on the home screen and then the manual sync button.



  • Log out of the Moto Watch App and back in via the LifeQ icon on the login screen
