This guide explains how to set up your Moto 360 with the WearOS app.
Step 1: Switch on your Moto 360
- Remove the outer packaging and protective film from the watch face as well as the sensor underneath the watch.
- Switch on your Moto 360 device by holding the top right button in for ~5 seconds and make sure the battery is charged (ideally, keep it on the charger while following these steps).
- You might see a screen that says - “Different operating system loaded. To pause boot, press side button.” Don’t press anything just wait for it to load.
Step 5: Turn your Wi-Fi on
- The Moto 360 syncs data via Wi-Fi so please keep your Wi-Fi turned on
- Settings > Connectivity > Wi-Fi and toggle to on
Step 6: Update your wearable firmware (this is essential for data flow)
- With your wearable still on charge or >65%, open the Settings menu.
- Tap to select System > select About > select System Updates.
- You should see the notification to update or the downloading update.
Step 7: Attach your watch straps
- We recommend the rubber straps as they ensure a better fit on your wrist which is important for better quality measurements.
Battery Tip!
You'll need to charge your Moto 360 every day. Follow these steps to optimize your battery life.
Navigation Tip! For easy access to LifeQ Envoy, customize the bottom right button on your Moto 360. Open Settings > Personalization > Customize hardware buttons > Tap to select Bottom Right and then scroll down to LifeQ Envoy and tap to select it.
