  • Did you successfully sync your data in the morning after you woke up? Connect your wearable device to your app and sync your data and refresh your app by swiping down from the top.

  • Were you wearing your device while sleeping?

  • Did your wearable device’s battery run out during the night?

  • Was your wearable fitted securely? You can find tips on how to fit your wearable securely here.

    • If there were periods during the night where the device signal quality was too poor, sleep may not have been recorded. This can happen if you lay on your arm or your sleeping position may have prevented the device from making contact with your skin.
