Your Sleep BioAge® is an indicator of your overall sleep health compared to what is expected for someone of your chronological age. A BioAge® lower i.e. younger than your chronological age is preferable: 

  • More than 2 yrs younger: Exceptional

  • Up to 2 yrs younger: Excellent

  • 1 to 2 yrs older: Good

  • 3 to 4 yrs older: Fair

  • More than 4 yrs older: Poor


Total Sleep Time BioAge® is an indicator of your sleep health based on your total sleep time compared to what is expected for someone of your chronological age. A BioAge® lower i.e. younger than your chronological age is preferable: 

  • More than 1 yr younger: Exceptional

  • Up to 1 yr younger: Excellent

  • 1 to 2 yrs older: Good

  • 3 yrs older: Fair

  • More than 3 yrs older: Poor


Your Deep Sleep BioAge® is an indicator of your sleep health based on your deep sleep compared to what is expected for someone of your chronological age. A BioAge® lower i.e. younger than your chronological age is preferable: 

  • More than 1 yr younger: Exceptional

  • Up to 1 yr younger: Excellent

  • Same as chronological age : Good

  • 1 yr older: Fair

  • More than 1 yr older: Poor


Your REM Sleep BioAge® is an indicator of your sleep health based on your REM sleep compared to what is 

expected for someone of your chronological age. A BioAge® lower i.e. younger than your chronological age is preferable: 

  • More than 2 yrs younger: Exceptional

  • 1 to 2 yrs younger : Excellent

  • Up to 1 yr older: Good

  • 2 to 3 yrs older: Fair

  • More than 3 yrs older: Poor
