While your BioAge® provides insight into your long term health, your BioBoost indicates the impact your short term actions have on your long term health. BioBoost equips you with personalized insights to help you adopt positive habits that boost your long term sleep health. Your Sleep BioBoost can be between 0 and 100:


  • 75-100: Excellent

  • 60-74: Good

  • 40-59: Fair

  • 26-39: Low

  • 0-25: Poor


Maintaining a good to exceptional Sleep BioBoost will improve your sleep health.
