My iPhone is displaying a blank white screen when I open the LifeQ Health App

Quit and reopen the App to try and resolve the issue:


  • To quit the app, open the App Switcher, swipe right to find the app, then swipe up on the app.
  • To reopen the app, go to the Home Screen (or the App Library), then tap the app.


Check internet connection:


  • When the App is opened the App automatically downloads. If the internet connection is weak the downloading process could be disturbed which can cause a white screen to display.


If quitting and reopening the app doesn’t resolve the issue, try restarting your iPhone.
