- Use the code provided in your email
Step 3: Sign in and set up your profile
- Proceed to sign in with the same email and password you created for your LifeQ OAASIS Account
- Follow the on-screen prompts
User Tips
- Once you’ve been wearing the device for a while and synced data, you’ll be able to see your daily outputs such as Heart Rate and Sleep in the VeoSens App.
- If your device and mobile phone both have their connectivity enabled, your data will upload automatically (Moto 360 requires a wifi connection, Samsung Active2 requires a Bluetooth connection). To manually initiate a sync, simply open your VeoSens app, and refresh by swiping downward on the homepage.
- The health scores (Sleep, Heart, Fitness and Activity) will start to populate after ±7 days of wearing the device and syncing data.
- Please wear your watch as much as possible, especially during sleep.
