Samsung Active 2
If you have a Samsung Active2, the LifeQ App must be used in conjunction with the VeoSens App. Syncing data through your VeoSens App makes it available to the LifeQ App.
- Ensure that your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on.
- Connect your watch to the Samsung Galaxy Wearable/Watch mobile application on your phone.
- Trigger a manual sync by swiping down on your scores on the home page of your VeoSens App.
Keep the VeoSens App open so that your data can continue to sync in the background.
Moto 360
If you have a Moto 360 your data will continue to sync to your LifeQ Health App as long as your wearable has a Wi-Fi connection or is connected via Bluetooth to your phone.
