My activity score is not displaying

There are a few metrics that need to be present for an activity score to be displayed:


  • Do you have a maximum and resting heart rate displaying?  They are needed for your activity score to be calculated. 

  • Do you have at least seven (not necessarily consecutive) days' worth of valid activity data uploaded to your profile?

  • Have you uploaded your data? 

  • Please refresh your app and confirm whether your activity is now displayed.

  • Was your wearable fitted securely during your activity?

    • If there were periods where your wearable was loose, the wearable signal quality may have been impacted and the activity may not have been recorded.

  • Did your  battery run out during your activity?
