If your fitness score is not displaying in your app, please ensure that:
All relevant profile details (age, sex, weight, and height) are up to date.
Your device is sampling data (LED lights are flashing beneath the watch face).
You have been uploading data for at least a week
If your profile was created less than a week ago, there won't be enough data to calculate a score yet. You need at least seven days’ worth of data to receive a fitness score, so if you only started wearing your device very recently, or don’t wear it regularly enough, you won’t have enough accumulated data to see your score yet.
