My fitness score is not displaying in my app

If your fitness score is not displaying in your app, please ensure that: 

  • All relevant profile details (age, sex, weight, and height) are up to date.

  • Your device is sampling data (LED lights are flashing beneath the watch face). 

  • You have been uploading data for at least a week

    • If your profile was created less than a week ago, there won't be enough data to calculate a score yet. You need at least seven days’ worth of data to receive a fitness score, so if you only started wearing your device very recently, or don’t wear it regularly enough, you won’t have enough accumulated data to see your score yet.
