Fitness, opposed to activity, is defined as structured and purposeful exercise sessions. Your fitness BioAge is calculated by looking at your VO2 max and the intensity and duration of your fitness sessions. To increase your fitness BioAge,  start by choosing an exercise type that you enjoy.  Enjoyment of exercise is key to achieving your goals. Engage is exercise that gets your heart rate up for a prolonged period of time and that pushes you out of your comfort zone.
