Activity is defined as your general movement and your wake-time behavior. Your activity BioAge is calculated by looking at metrics such as your resting heart rate, your activity minutes and your sedentary time. To improve your activity BioAge you could simply just move more. Try to avoid long periods of stationary behavior like sitting at a desk working for 8 hours a day. Get up, grab a glass of water and come back. Regular exercise is an assured way to increase your activity BioAge. We recommend aiming for at least 30 minutes of daily activity.
