How is my heart score calculated?

Modified on Wed, 15 Dec 2021 at 03:11 PM

Various inputs, including the biometric data gathered from your profile and the heart rate data collected via your device, are used to project a range of clinically-relevant aspects of your heart’s performance. When measures from a wide enough range of states (such as exercise, sleep, and day-to-day activities) are available, these heart health aspects are combined to give a single heart score. You need to collect and upload at least seven (not necessarily consecutive) days’ worth of valid heart rate data before you can see your heart score. The score uses a 30-day rolling window to provide a more reliable view of your long-term heart health.
